About the Partnership for Food Safety Education
We are a  non-profit, non-advocacy public service organization and creator of the Fight BAC!® campaign and its four core safe food handling messages of Clean, Separate, Cook and Chill.  Fight BAC!® materials are free and fully accessible online at www.fightbac.org.

Why register?
When you register with the Partnership you will receive weekly Fight BAC!® e-cards that are rich with links to food safety content and free downloads.  We will also keep you up to date when we change holidayfoodsafety.org to reflect the new season.

Consumers, teachers, dietitians, public health professionals, nurses, childcare providers and extension agents across the United States utilize the Partnership's e-card series to access educational resources and learn about new products.
